A deal that falls apart in two weeks isn’t a deal — it’s a delay. You’ll learn how to close agreements in a way that addresses what actually drove the conflict, so follow-through isn’t a fight.
Your own emotional state is a variable in every negotiation. You’ll practice techniques for staying steady and clear when the pressure rises — so you can keep the conversation productive even when the other person can’t.
