In every workplace there are conflicting demands, differences of opinion, and opposing attitudes—whether you’re working with customers, patients, clients, coworkers, or leadership. That’s normal. But it can also become a real obstacle to progress if people feel dismissed, misunderstood, or forced.

Compassionate curiosity is the skill of staying open-minded and adaptable—especially when you don’t like what you’re hearing—so you can build trust and find the path to agreement.

This workshop gives you language and tools to:

    You’ll learn what ethical influence actually looks like, and how to recognize when a conversation is drifting into pressure tactics.

  2. Reframe conflict so it becomes useful—not destructive
    Not all conflict is bad. In fact, conflict often reveals what matters most. You’ll learn how to reframe it so conversations don’t spiral into defensiveness or shutdown.

  3. Embody the “Compassionate Curiosity” mindset
    You’ll practice staying curious and steady, even when someone is resistant or emotional—so you can keep the conversation productive and human.

  4. Build trust through open-mindedness and adaptability
    People move when they feel safe. You’ll learn how to respond in ways that increase trust and make agreement possible.

  5. Strengthen persuasion, communication, and relationship skills
    This is persuasion that protects culture. You’ll practice communication moves that improve outcomes while strengthening relationships.

  6. Understand the “science” of human behavior behind influence
    You’ll learn why people resist, what helps them open up, and how to guide a conversation without controlling it.
