Kickoff Huddle + Shoutouts
Start the week with a 10-minute huddle. Share one quick success story and open the floor for peer shoutouts. Pass the torch by having the person recognized give the next shoutout. Keep it fast and fun.
Handwritten Notes
Set aside 20 minutes to write personal notes to your team. Mention specific moments you remember. A simple, personal thank you means a lot.
Treat Trolly
Push a cart through the floor with treats, fruit, and drinks. Add a thank-you sticker or note to your delivery to make it personal. Remote-friendly Tip: Send a $5 coffee e-gift card or snack code and host a “virtual snack break” so everyone can join in.
