  • Avoidance of Accountability: When team members have a “that’s not my problem” mentality, it can directly impact the integrity of your business.
  • Inattention to Results: If your team has turned into a group of people only interested in reaching their own personal recognition and career acquisitions, it’s harder for the team to achieve its overall goals.
